The first ALC project in Hanoi

Hanoi, 16 Feb. 2009 T&D Engineering Ltd., has confirmed the first launch of Automated Logic (ALC) products in Hanoi Capital with the contract to supply and install the BMS section for Heat & Ventilation Air-conditioning system (HVAC) for EVN Telecom Operation Center, the largest and most modern office building in Hanoi. It consists of two towers, one of thirty-four floor and another of twenty-eight floor excluding basements.

This contract has been evaluated as one of the most significant BMS contract for Heat & Ventilation Air-conditioning system (HVAC) up to the present with 6 chillers, over 1000 VAV boxes and 64 large AHUs. This event has evidenced the undeniable competitive advantage of ALC with “OPEN” protocol, “Native” BACNET solution and system integrated capability for enormous works in BMS. What’s more, ALC solutions offer simple system structure, initial investment savings, operational management support together with energy savings and greenhouse effect reduction.

The building resides at West Lake area and will be completed at end of 2010 to remark the 1000th year anniversary of Thang Long, Hanoi.
