Innovative technology for multipurpose building
Hanoi, Vietnam, December 08, 2007 – T&D Engineering JSC said today it has signed an order for supply the Building Management system (BMS) with Main contractor VTA of SAILING TOWER – a new multipurpose building with leasing office, apartment…. T&D Engineering JSC will supply the system in Turn-key condition.
“This project highlight our commitment to Vietnam, where we have a lot of experience in meeting our customer’s needs for leading-edge technologies which help increase efficiency and protect the environment” said Simon Mahoney, ALC Regional Director for SEA/Australia.
The project near the most central point of Ho Chi Minh City is scheduled to start operation in the second half of 2008. T&D Engineering JSC will provide a innovative Building Management System which is fully control and monitoring the M&E applications in both facilities etc. leasing office (Grade A) and high class apartment.
Our contribution in the project includes an innovative solution of operation management, which cuts energy consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emission. It is the first time ALC uses this technology in Vietnam.
